How does it work?
Needle-free injections, also known as needle-less injections, deliver medication without the use of a traditional needle. Instead, the medication—such as insulin, hormones, or local anesthetics—is propelled through the skin using a specialized device that combines pressure and high velocity. In this method, the liquid itself acts as the needle
How to select the right injector?
Is your medication intended to be deposited into your muscles (intramuscular) or into your fatty tissue (subcutaneous)?
Is your medication meant to be delivered into the muscle (intramuscular) or into the fatty tissue just under the skin (subcutaneous)? One way to find out is by asking your doctor or checking the medication’s label or instruction leaflet. It should clearly state in bold letters: “FOR SUBCUTANEOUS DELIVERY” or “FOR INTRAMUSCULAR (IM) DELIVERY.” This indicates the appropriate injection site—either subcutaneous tissue or muscle—depending on the required method of administration.
How to inject correctly Oily based medication such as Estrogen/Oestrogen & Testosterone?
Oil-based medications are typically administered intramuscularly. However, in recent years, many doctors have started recommending micro-dosing testosterone subcutaneously—into the fatty tissue—rather than into muscle.
Based on customer feedback, the injector labeled IM (6000 PSI) is considered the most effective option for delivering oil-based medications. It is 50% more powerful than the NORMAL (4000 PSI) injector, making it more suitable for thicker, oil-based liquids.
Recommended usage: Inject 0.25 ml per dose. To deliver a full 1 ml dose, divide it into four separate injections of 0.25 ml each.
